About Katie

Katie Vrabel is the Principal of Vrabel Consulting, where she focuses on improving how organizations work — defining processes, planning implementations, and developing effective programs. She has experience supporting teams in various industries, including manufacturing, energy, utilities, and commercial real estate, helping them simplify operations, improve consistency, and achieve clear results. She also has extensive experience designing and managing large-scale, customer-facing utility programs from concept through delivery.

Katie’s work has been recognized by industry groups for its impact. She is active in her community, serving on the board of Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and as an Ambassador for Seeds of Caring, with past roles in AESP and the USGBC Indiana Market Leadership Advisory Board. She holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, LEED Green Associate and Fitwel Ambassador certifications, as well as an MBA from Texas A&M University and a BS from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
